What size Flexi-Hex sleeves should I buy?

Choosing the right
Flexi-Hex sleeve depends on the type of board you want to protect:

* Shortboards
We recommend using the Lite Sleeve, which is perfect for shortboards, kiteboards, wakeboards, skimboards, and snowboards.

  • Expands up to 600mm wide
  • 2 layers of 15mm paper honeycomb protection
  • 3.6mm card to protect the rails
  • You’ll generally need 2 sleeves per board.

* Wider Boards (Retro Surfboards & Longboards)
For retro boards and longboards, go with the Mid Sleeve.

  • Expands up to 800mm wide
  • 2 layers of 20mm paper honeycomb protection
  • 4mm card for rail protection
  • Usually 3 sleeves are required.

* Stand Up Paddleboards & Windsurf Boards
For the largest boards, choose the XL Sleeve.

  • Expands up to 1100mm wide
  • 2 layers of 25mm paper honeycomb protection
  • 4mm card to protect the rails
  • Typically 3 sleeves are needed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes—if your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can contact us to request a cancellation and refund.

Once we confirm your order has not shipped, we’ll process your refund in line with our returns policy.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but you may be able to return the item under the conditions outlined in our returns policy.

If you’d like to cancel an order or check its status, please get in touch with us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How long will it take to dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, usually within 1–2 business days after we receive your payment. Orders are processed at our Central Coast warehouse from Tuesday to Friday between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm AEST. If you place an order on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday, it will be shipped early the following week.

Delivery typically takes between 3–10 business days, depending on your location and the size of your parcel. We use trusted carriers such as AusPost, DHL, TNT and FedEx to ensure your order arrives safely.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, you’ll receive an email confirming your order. While we do our best to keep inventory up to date, sometimes items may sell out unexpectedly. If this happens, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to discuss your options.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected period, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues promptly.

Can i return my order?

We want you to be happy with your purchase, and we stand by the quality of our products and service.

Please note that items purchased from our online store are not sold on a trial basis, so we strongly recommend checking the suitability and specifications before placing your order. Ex-Team boards, as clearly stated on our site, are sold as-is and are not eligible for return.

If, at our discretion, we agree to accept a return, the following conditions apply:

  • You must request a return within 10 days of receiving your item.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resaleable condition, with all components included.
  • You are responsible for the cost and safe return of the item to us. We recommend using a secure, trackable delivery service, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless you request otherwise. Postage and packaging charges are non-refundable.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If you have any questions about returning an item, please feel free to contact us—we’re here to help.




What if my order is damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
